We use Yahoo Groups to mail announcements, meeting reminders, etc., to club members and other interested persons. This service is free and Yahoo will not spam you.
The groups are self-explanatory except for SJ Emcomm. This list receives only countywide announcements related to emergency communications, mostly training. This information is generally sent to the other lists, so don’t join this list if you are joining one or more of the others.
NOTE: Joining multiple lists means you will sometimes receive multiple copies of the same message. This happens because Yahoo requires that each group has its own list and doesn’t know how to do a merge/purge before sending.
Every message you receive includes opt-out instructions should you decide to drop off the list(s).
